The John report…

Growing up in NYC, there used to be this thing called the John Report, where the pictures of men who solicited prostitutes would be broadcast on TV or appear in the Post. The idea was to breathe fear into potential customers that this could happen to you.

Fast forward 25 years and SEC Commissioner Cynthia Glassman just drew an interesting parallel: “If (this disclosure) makes directors think twice. If they’re uncomfortable seeing this disclosed publicly, then perhaps they shouldn’t be doing it.”
