Disney (DIS) should be filing its proxy any day now and it will be interesting to see whether Air Roy — the airline owned by former Vice Chairman Roy Disney, who resigned in a huff at the end of November — is still in business. In fiscal 2002, the company paid the airline $623,782. It will also be interesting to see whether the relatives of three Disney board members, including former board member Stanley Gold, who also resigned in November, are still on Disney’s payroll. Gold’s daughter, Jennifer, made $94,533 in fiscal 2002, according to last year’s proxy. David Watson, the son of board member Raymond Watson, made $175,917 in fiscal 2002 and Louise Bryson, the wife of board member John Bryson, made $386,483 in fiscal 2002.
