Are the 409A changes for real?

We’ve noticed lots of 409A related filings over the past week or so and expect many more between now and the end of the year due to a Dec. 31 deadline. Clearly, there’s some busy lawyers out there. But as we discuss in this report, the changes may be more than they appear to be to the casual user.
