Agree on Form 4 points. Have only noticed that the penny ($5) stocks seem to have a more negative reaction in the days following a series of Form 4s. Doesn't matter whether buys or sells. It's as of market figures that one way or another the die is cast and might as well avoid the stock. So it falls of its own weight. Makes them a warning sign for me in those cases.
