		<description>This is just one more of the many sad... or pathetic... stories about Circuit City. No wonder the company is doing so poorly, all the execs have the best man (woman) caves money can buy, my productivity would be shot too.  I find most of the company&#039;s practices distasteful... I live in Richmond and having talked to a number of CC current and past employees so I know for certain that all the amazing bennies do not trickle down very far.</description>
