		<description>The latest EDGAR search term seems to be &quot;auction rate securities&quot; (see JBLU) to locate companies whose Cash + ST Inv are actually in illiquid ARS.  One wonders how much extra &quot;oomph&quot; the incremental returns added to income over the past couple years vs. the risk that companies were silently taking.  (If it was a lot, that&#039;s a problem, as it&#039;s non-core; if it was a little, what was the point of taking that kind of risk?)</description>
