Yes she is an old dog.. from the old establishement.. she did nothing in the past.. and how is she going to do anything now..
she had enough high level positions and did nothing about fraud,, and nothing about nss or naked shoring of securities in the market..

I voted for Obama. and he is making a mistake expecting and old dog.. to change his or her collors and step up to the chanlenge.

She does not remember.. what right and wrong means..
she forgot it long ago..

Its too bad.. that Obama is picking these people that will only bring his entusiastic ideas and energy down.. he is dealing with the enemy inside..
and picking from the same group.. established group.. will not bring forth changes needed.

old dog.. from corrupt system.
its too bad , for Obama and for us..

Disappointing to hear that our elected officials once again live down to expectations. These people can’t find water in the middle of a lake. Disappointing to see Obama’s change regime composed of more of the same.

The “stove-pipe” reference could be one of several options:

1. A stove-pipe conveys hot air;

2. It is a metal pipe which carries off smoke; and

3. If you were to hold one to your eye and look through it, you would get a very constricted view of the world and no ability to see beyond the borders of the cylinder.

I’m suspect that all three of these are possible interpretations depending upon your point of view regarding the topic and testimony.

Chris Dodd overseeing banking? Might as well have had John Dillenger doing it! When is Dodd going to come clean or is he still shredding documents about his relationship with Countrywide?
As for Arthur Levitt being “tough” I have heard many times about how he was more concerned with getting his shoes rebuilt (and having AMEX employees take them to France for him) than enforcing rules.But maybe he changed when he went to DC. Maybe not.
Same old,same old with Mary I am afraid.
