@ Jean: Unlike a lot of other sites out there, footnoted is not meant to be a stock recommendation site. We try to stay focused on what we do best: reading SEC filings. While we believe that reading filings should be an important aspect of any investment decision, we'd never suggest that it should be used as your sole decision-making process. We have no idea about all of the other things that you mention and how that's likely to impact the stock price because that's not what we do here at footnoted. There's plenty of other sites out there -- and so-called investment gurus -- who I'm sure can weigh in on this company's investment worthiness. But that's not what footnoted does and we're not likely to start now.

Michelle: If in fact your underlying editorial statement is - How does one/the street actually value Simon Fuller impact on the CKXE stock - You gave readers ample and robust details as to what the 8-k contained and how much money Mr Fuller was going to make.

However, WTH are you ultimately saying in terms of company restructuring/rainmaker compensation Vs ACTUAL stock value....other than "the last time (in 2005) we reviewed this stock, it shot up based on a reverse merger and then came back down to its pre-merger price."?????

CKXE also owns M. Ali's image to promote. With the ownership of the Presley image / the Graceland estate (slated for re-development) and this years 75th THE KING's B'day celebration....could this promotion bring in more revenue? What about the upcoming partnership with Cirque du Soleil on an Elvis themed show in LV, due out next month? Revenue potential? Investment worthy?

If you had only mentioned the above, summarized your feelings as to the investment worthiness or profit potential for this stock in 2010.....your entire editorial would actually have sincere relevance. THE very aspect behind why we come to your blog and value your research insight. Take another swipe at it.......
