		<description>Unfortunately they seem to have left out the clause that should have said &quot;if you run the company into the ground you don&#039;t leave here witha dime... That should have been in there somewhere.  I can&#039;t believe that either CEO would have the gall to accept their severence package, beyond their base salary through their last date of employment.  And what about the boards of the two companies? Are they without blame?</description>

There&#039;s a lot of language in those agreements that is open to interpretation and my bet is there&#039;s some skilled lawyers who will be going through those docs with a fine-tooth comb.</description>
