That’s quite a large reduction in Disney land holdings. Too large, I’d think, to not be reportable if it was an income-producing sale.

I wonder if it could be something like a donation of undevelopable land that has been classified as a “nature preserve” (not sure exactly what term they use for this) to a nonprofit trust of some kind.

Well, land measurement isn’t my area of expertise, but the conversion I quoted of a square mile equal to around 640 acres is accurate, judging by multiple sources. I did make two mistakes, however, by not describing it as a square mile and also substituting the word acres when I meant to say miles, which I’ve since fixed.

An acre is a measure of area, and a mile is a measure of distance.

Your “math” doesn’t make any sense.
