		<description>callwave tried to bill my bank account 7.95 for a service I didn&#039;t sign up for. Never even heard of this, don&#039;t have dial up, didn&#039;t authorize this charge. hmmmmmmmm how did they get my info?? no clue.</description>

		<description>I used to use FaxItNice&#039; since it was a &quot;pay per use&quot; service that was significanly cheaper than Mailboxes Etc&#039;s $4 per fax.  Unfortunately, no matter how well I scanned the outgoing fax page, FaxItNice&#039;s uploading software reduced the the quality so much that the fax was nearly unreadable by the recipient.</description>

I guess my thinking was just that for a service that I barely use -- not many people still send faxes these days, since PDFs are so much easier -- it&#039;s not really worth spending a lot of money on. When they raised their price, it reminded me that I wasn&#039;t using it enough. Had they left it alone, I would still be a customer.</description>

They aren&#039;t altruistic. They&#039;re making money off you somehow. If you aren&#039;t giving them money, they&#039;re using you to get money from someone else. What about you are they selling to get that money?</description>
