		<description>I too thought it was hilarious - I unintentionally gave Mr. Vivian a great set up, and he pounced.  I was happy to add my small part to the levity.

In all seriousness, it would be really stimulative to the economy to fix Valentine&#039;s day to the 2nd Wednesday of February.  I further propose to make it a national service day.  We could all dig holes in the morning, fill them up that afternoon, then go out and have a big restaurant meal with all the trimmings to celebrate a job well done.</description>
