FEAOX has also petitioned the SEC for interpretive guidance on Climate Risk disclosure (October 2007). We have posted information with regard to both petitions -- as well as related information on the Carbon Disclosure Project, the NY State investigation of energy firms' disclosures, and the possibility of Federal climate change legislation -- on our site.
