Drowning in Qs…

drowningJust a reminder that we’re taking a bit of a break this week because we’re literally figuratively drowning in 10-Qs. Among the more interesting ones we’ve come across are Mastercard (MA), Metlife (MET) and Wright Medical (WMGI). We’ll be posting about these and several others over on our portal at Research Edge. To get access to those posts, send an email here.

  1. Literally Drowning Says:

You are *figuratively* drowning in 10-Qs. To be literally drowning in 10-Qs would be an impossibility. Unless, of course, you have a room full of 10-Q printouts and you are underneath all that paper and cannot breathe. That would be literal drowning (in 10-Qs), but I doubt that is the case.

  2. Michelle Leder Says:

@Literally Drowning: Yes — you’re correct. I am indeed figuratively drowning in Qs since printing out all of these suckers would be a giant waste of paper and printer cartridges.

Glad you recognize. Let’s stop the improper use of the word “literally.” “She literally froze up during her speech.” “I literally DIED laughing!” etc etc.
